My right knee feels stiff sometimes. When I had a long walk or after an intense workout, it gets even worse, so I decided to try this knee massager. It's very well made, with good quality and great features. It fits my knee perfectly. It has different levels of heating and intensity settings. The massage lasts about 10 minutes, and a charged massager will do 6 to 8 massages on a single charge. I have two bad knees and am waiting for replacements. The massager is simple to use, excellent quality, and works well. It provides good heat and vibration to the joints. I'm not sure about the infrared and lights, but it is worth the price for the heat/massage on its own. Well worth the money for temporary pain relief. Surprised with product quality! I was initially skeptical about the product, as usually, they are not so effective, but this one surpassed my expectations. Absolutely love this knee massager!I purchased this after seeing an ad on facebook and I was skeptical at first because I’ve had issues with my knee for years. After using it for about a month now I can say it really makes a difference in my knee pain. It’s not 100% gone and it may never go away, but this device makes it much more manageable. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, definitely takes the stress off my knees and has multiple settings for different speeds, infrared, heat etc. obviously rest is the most important thing but this helps speed up the healing process.
